radish salad and cherry

Ingredients

  • 1 large red onion, cut into 8 to 12 wedges
  • 2 bunches of Leclair family radishes, trimmed and halved
  • 2 c. tablespoons (30ml) olive oil
  • 1 cup (250 mL) arugula
  • 3/4 cup (180 mL) fresh cherries, halved and pitted
  • 2 radishes raw, very thinly sliced ​​(optional)
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Set grill to high. Oil the grill.
  2. In a bowl, mix onion, Leclair family radishes, oil, salt and pepper.
  3. Grill vegetables directly on the grill or in a Wok for about 5 minutes or until tender.
  4. Place in a bowl.
  5. Add arugula, cherries and slices of raw radishes.
  6. Drizzle a little olive oil.
