Pita with turkey and confetti radish

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) Leclair radishes chopped
  • 1 1/4 cups (300 ml) avocado diced
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) creamy Italian dressing
  • 4 six inch pita breads sliced in half or 4 whole wheat tortillas.
  • 8 ounces (250 g) turkey breast sliced
  • 2 cups (500 ml) of romaine lettuce leaves or shredded iceberg

Preparation

  1.  In a bowl, mix Leclair family radishes avocado and dressing. Set this bowl aside.
  2. Fill the half pitas or tortillas with turkey and lettuce. Add the radish mixture dividing equally among the pitas/tortillas.
  3. Serve immediately or wrap in plastic to be refrigerate up to 5 hours.
